Когда подключалась не помню, может года два назад. Договора - нет. Куда обращаться в случае неисправности - неизвестно. Есть телефон вроде бухгалтера, но она, по-моему вообще учет не ведет, не знает сальдо по конкретному потребителю. Пришлите хоть на электронную почту координаты для связи.
