Интернет работает плохо, техподдержке не дозвонится, все время говорят перезагрузите роутер, а он между прочим новый.

Как по мне средняя скорость интернета 50/50. Пинг неплохой. Техподдержка работает, так же как и остальные работники на ЮБК. :) Так что удивляться тут нечему!

Без комментариев! Фигня, а не провайдер, не соответствует тому за что платим. Постоянно какие то работы типо, не дозвониться до них по долгу, в общем не рекомендую!!!!

Хорошая скорость с хорошим пингом, но вот ответ техподдержки при обрыве линии, что "никто в выходные выезжать ремонтировать не будет", крайне неприемлем. Месяц назад было, а неприятный осадок остался.
