Все чудово, з новим роутером швидкість взагалі супер. Дуже схоже, що негативні коментарі це замовлення конкурента, у мене таких проблем взагалі не виникало, до підтримки звертався дуже зрідка, але коли звертався то і трубку брали (навіть не в робочий час) і реагували швидко. Дякую провайдеру!

Найгірший інтернет провайдер, який коли-небудь у мене був. Категорично не рекомендую. За весь час користування (більше 5 років, тому що не було іншого провайдера), проблеми виникали майже кожен день, завжди пригає пінг, завжди якісь технічні роботи, особливо в дуже не підходящі моменти. Технічна підтримка на рівні "якщо за 3 дні дозвонитесь, то це ще добре". Ніяких компенсацій за дні відсутності інтернету з вини провайдера. Надіюсь більше ніхто не буде користуватись цим провайдером!
