Провайдер максимально тупорылый, такой интернет не пожелать даже врагу, он выдает 40 Мбіт/с, но очень часто проседает примерно до 0 Мбіт/с и отвисает около минуты, а иногда и больше.

Какая цена за интернет такой и интернет. За 60 грн и интернета 1/3 в месяц. Когда работает все хорошо, но как только поломается что то то хоть в колокол стучи, хоть отключайся.
