Отличный провайдер сбои бывают очень редко. Беру тариф на год и не парюсь. А сейчас ещё есть тариф на 500 Мбіт/с. Это супер!

За 7 лет использования провайдера я ни разу не звонил в техподдержку и даже не знаю их номера если что либо случится. Идеальный провайдер поставляющий бесперебойный интернет.

Пользуюсь 3 года - нареканий нет. Бывают сбои - но их оперативно устраняют. После Ростелекома - земля и небо. У тех если что сломалось - капец. Год к тебе будут ехать. А техподдержка неграмотная. Ах да: до украины и правда скорость 14-15 Мбіт/с. Со спидтеста - http://beta.speedtest.net/result/5759336545 - все отлично.
