При сбоях в работе, постоянно ссылаются на неисправность моего оборудования. Но при этом, всякий раз, после обращения к ним, интернет начинает работать без нареканий. Скорость в два раза ниже от заявленной в договоре. Бывает ограничивают доступ к интернету, при наличии денег на балансе.

Просто ужас. Был бы хоть какой-то другой провайдер ушел бы к нему. Конкурентов нет - вот и беспредельничают.
