Скорость из обещанных 100 Мбіт/с от 1 Мбіт/с утром и днем, а ночью бывает и 20 Мбіт/с, и все причины в низкой скорости вещают на работу роутера. И бесполезно просить их поднять скорость, поэтому не рекомендую.

Уходим и всем советуем переподключится к любому другому провайдеру. Которых сейчас стало намного больше чем раньше! Ищите через ваших соседей, не верьте всему что тут пишут про их высокое качество. Цены на услуги у них завышены в 2-3 раза качество. Техподдержка не круглосуточно, не дозвонится даже на городские телефоны, не работают.

С каждым днем все хуже и хуже работает, но тариф поднимают исправно. Обращаясь в техподдержку стараются причину плохого интернета возложить на клиента, типа роутер у вас не работает или с компом что-то, но только не их вина. А выясняется, что это их поломки. Жаль что живу в районе где у этого провайдера монополия, из-за этого приходится терпеть.

Ужасная работа провайдера, не стабильная скорость. Ремонт линии происходит по 3-5 раз на месяц!!!
