Все устраивает, на звонок отвечают сразу, если вдруг не ответили сразу в выходной, то обязательно перезвонят, какие либо неполадки с соединением или скоростью решают быстро. Дополнительные услуги, мне не нужны, по этому не знаю есть ли они. Пользуюсь 5 лет.

Нормальный провайдер, тянет без проблем свит тв в ашди качестве, перебои бывают редко и при этом устраняются оперативно.

Постоянные просадки по скорости вплоть до 0,5 Мбіт/с (при заявленных 100 Мбіт/с). Служба поддержки попросту отсутствует. Не самые дешевые цены.
