Якщо чесно провайдер повна фігня нікому не рекомендую цю шляпу, із заявленої швидкості у вас буде стабільно 20 Мбіт/с, а може і 2 Мбіт/с все залежить як сонце обернеться. Який би ви план не вибрали нічого не дадуть, попробуєте зареєструвати скаргу, нічого не получиться, будуть пробувати розвести ще одним хитрим способом. Ти дзвониш що немає інтернету, приїжджає майстер і міряє швидкість і о боже вона у вас появилась. Виїзд майстра 150 грн як з куста і ті тільки він поїде швидкості знову не буде і такий трюк можна проводити до безкінечності головне, щоб лох платив. А ще коли будете дзвонити оператор обов'язково нахамить і завжди будете винні ви тільки не вони. Міряй не міряй ніхто нічого не буде робити, дуже вигідно тут облаштувались коли ви монополісти і всі скарги до сраки, якщо у вас є альтернатива, то виберіть іншого провайдера, жах і ще раз жах... Мобільний інтернет уже кращий чим це.

Інтернет відверте лайно, з 300 Мбіт/с швидкість 50-60 Мбіт/с, що звичайно ж мало, як з таким інтернетом я маю стрімити, тільки одному богу відомо!

Постійно пропадає інтернет, а коли є, то швидкість з оплачених 100 Мбіт/с всього 15-20 Мбіт/с, а увечері ще менше 2-5 Мбіт/с. Ну от, поки писав відгук, знову повністю пропав інтернет.

Швидкість інтернету не відповідає договору поставки.... Замість заявлених 100 Мбіт/с ледве є 1,5-2,0 Мбіт/с... Короче сволочі не можуть нажертися грошей... Економлять не там де треба... Буду припиняти з ними договір та перейду на іншого нормального любого оператора...

Оплачую 100 Мбіт/с, отримую 2-5 Мбіт/с. Радо би змінив на іншого провайдера, та на жаль у ТОВ "Західна Мультисервісна Мережа" тут монополія, тож вибрати нема з чого.

Погана швидкість після восьмої вечора, збої в роботі інтернету протягом дня постійно. В цього провайдера в моєму регіоні практично монополія, тому повинен задовольнятися тим що є (нажаль).

Нікудишній інтернет. По контракту має бути 50 Мбіт/с, а по факту 2-5 Мбіт/с, і то якщо пощастить. Техпідтримка каже, що з їх сторони проблем не виявлено, хоча у моїх сусідів такий же поганий інтернет.

Оплачую тариф в 100 Мбіт/с отримую швидкість як коли частіше всього 5 Мбіт/с. Обіцяють кожний день зробити і кожний день говорять щось нове щоб відсрочити, коли питаю їх що мені робити - відповідають що незнають. Провайдер просто космос як і називається їх тариф в 100 Мбіт/с - перший космічний. Тиждень вже насміхаються і нічого не роблять.
