Пользуюсь связью лет 6 подключен по оптике все устраивает кроме того что в районе вырубают свет. А так вполне нормально. Очень нормальное отношение если закончились деньги. Есть конечно и проблемы у них на лини как у всех но по времени решаемы.

Оплачиваю за скорость 100 Мбіт/с, а в реальности 7 Мбіт/с в максимуме было 19 Мбіт/с и это учитывая, что протянута оптика.

За ними есть грехи, но они добросовестно выполняют свою работу. Скорость всегда отличная, 4 года с ними. За эти 4 года возник только один конфликт с ними. Это предоставление Б\У устройств из-за них и возникали вопросы. Ну и еще техподдержка, которая с начало говорит, потом связывается с начальством и говорит обратное, в общем порой не компетентна. Рекомендую.
