Поміняли шило на мило. Укрлекомівська 10 сигнал WI-FI забезпечувала на 95%, а тут до 50% не дотягає. Шкодую що змінила. До до служби техпідтримки і усунення пошкоджень ще не зверталась, але і доцільності у цьому не бачу, бо судячи з попередніх відгуків причиною буде роутер (хоч брали у них), або ж іще щось за що вини не відповідають. Онлайн трансляцію дивитись неможливо!!!

При заявлених 30 Мбіт/с швидкості, реально працює тільки 10 Мбіт/с. Техпідтримка ніяка, роблять винуватим мій роутер, бо я його не в них купляв, бо в них він на 300 грн дорожчий ніж реально по магазинах коштує. Незадоволений їхньою роботою і обіцяною якістю, але альтернативи поки що немає і треба їх терпіти.
