Плохрй интернет. В договоре указано индивидуальное подключение, в итоге эти повесили на 1 кабель несколько абонентов и по вечерам происходит фигня, что у кого то есть интернет, а у кого то его тупо нет, даже 1 Мбіт/с не выжимает. Начинаеш жаловатся: да это у вас комп старый, сетевая плата кривая, у вас мозгов нету и тд и тп, а исправлять не хотят.
