Интернет отвратительный .Часто отключают и плохо тянет. Вместо 2 Мбіт/с получаю 1,2-1,4 Мбіт/с. Звонила в техподдержку говорят что у вас все хорошо. Если есть возможность подключить другой интернет то подключайте.

Ужасный провайдер! 1. Вечернее время пропадает интернет. 2. Техподдержка хамски относится к своим клиентам. 3. Высокий пинг. 4. И самое главное каждые 12 часов пропадает интернет на 5 минут.

Короче фигня полная, плачу за 8 Мбіт/с получаю 0.03 Мбіт/с, и постоянно у них проблемы, интернета бывает пару дней нету. Техподдержка это вообще другая история до них хер дозвонится.

После подключения интернет работал стабильно одну неделю, затем скорость резко упала с 4 Мбіт/с обещаных до 0,5 Мбіт/с реальных. Иногда утром (5-7 часов) бывает нормально. В службу поддержки дозвонится можно, но с трудом и как обычно обещают исправить в течении недели но не говорят какой. Не рекомендую.

Я подключил этот интернет года 3 назад. Первый месяц летало всё, но всё остальное время это просто анал. Я даже врагу не посоветую такой интернет. Берут деньги, а скорости, как видите, нет! В ближайшее время буду копить деньги и менять на Луганэт (Українські телемережі).

Плачу за 4 Мбіт/с, а получаю не.... Нужно уже подавать в суд за введения людей в обман. Единственное время, когда комфортно можно пользоваться интернетом — с 01.00 до 07.00, т.е — когда весь трудовой народ спит. В-общем поставили ребята оборудование, напихали туда клиентов сверх меры, затрачиваться на новое не хотят. Представитель трубку никогда не берет, при отсутствии доступа к сети, деньги снимаются, и их компенсацию потом нужно долго и нудно выбивать у абон. и тех. отдела, а не выбивающим — средства не компенсируются. Пользуются отсутствием конкуренции, альтернатив нет — все равно платить будут. Если есть какие-то варианты, то никогда, ни-за что не подключайтесь к Дорис.
