Провайдер откровенное фиговый. Тут платишь за 10 Мбіт/с 80 грн, а у друга airbites и за 80 грн скорость меньше чем 40 Мбіт/с не опускается.

Добрый день. Если была бы альтернатива вашему укртелекому, я давно бы с вами распрощался. Пользуюсь телефоном, интернетом, интерактивным ТВ. Постоянные проблемы с трафиком и отдачей, часто проблемы на линии. Живу в частном секторе. Обычно, как правило, проблемы припадают на выходные. В вашем кол центре мои проблемы культурно переводят с пятницы на понедельник. Практически проблема решается минимум 5 дней. Но я плачу за каждый календарный день и мне не разу не сделали перерасчет. На данный момент хромает отдача 0.73 Мбіт/с/c, а заявлена 2.5 Мбіт/с/c. Прием в прицепе стабилен.

1-2 раза в неделю пропадает. Дополнительные услуги нормального качества отсутствуют (постоянные тормоза). Заявленная скорость 5 Мбіт/с отсутствует, реально (3-4 Мбіт/с/c).

Скорость Интернет соединения не соответствует заявленной в тарифном плане. Тарифный план 10 Мбіт/с, а реально 1.5-3.3 Мбіт/с. Интерактивное телевидение при такой скорости не работает. Качество предоставления услуг не соответствуют, не только нашим ожиданиям но они отсутствуют. За что мы платим не понятно.

Не понимаю почему многим не нравится этот интернет провайдер, но мне он очень по душе. Я не ожидал большего чем он должен был мне предоставить. Если у кого-то он очень тормозит, то это проблема не провайдера, это уже Ваша проблема, что бы он не тормозил, увеличьте скорость или упростите задание интернету. Укрателеком — благодарчик вам.

Не понятно за что мы платим деньги. При положенных 10 Мбіт/с получаю в лучшем случае 5 Мбіт/с. 1 раз в полгода, стабильности в поставке услуг не наблюдаю уже несколько лет. Сегодня полный беспредел — 520 Кбит/с. В доме кроме "укртелекома" и "воли" других провайдеров нет. Хороших слов не осталось.

На мои неоднократные просьбы заменить систему IP кода на динамическую, так как очень часто происходит несанкционированное вмешательство работу моего ПК (блокируется компьютер) провайдер, оператор Укртелекома просто игнорирует мои просьбы или же глубоко схоластическими, теоретико-абстрактными ответами уходит от решения проблемы. Между прочим это право абонента — право выбора системы IP кода: статичный или динамичный. Например другие провайдеры, КиевСтар, предоставляет такой выбор абонентам. Вывод — никаких прав на полноценное обслуживание у абонентов интернет сети Укртелекома нет.
