Жуткое барахло за нехилые деньги. Скорости нет, иногда вообще связь пропадает, и тогда неделями можно добиваться устранения проблем. Не рекомендую!

Подключился к укртелекому пять лет назад. Выбора не было. Сравнил стоимость с 3G по скорости и вышло, что плачу многовато. Но время прошло, укртелеком совсем страх потерял (совести у них давно нет), и настоящие провайдеры начали добираться до нашей глухомани. Поэтому укртелеком может идти в далекое пешее путешествие с эротическим уклоном. Ибо за такую скорость брать такие деньги — харя треснет. А я заключаю договор с порядочными людьми.

Користуюсь послугами Укртелекому вже більше трьох років та ще не було жодного дня, щоб у мене були обіцяні договором 5 Мбіт/с. Тобто Укртелеком плював на те, що він там обіцяв. Коли Upload падає до нуля я їм періодично дзвоню, але це все безрезультатно. Буду відмовлятися від їхніх послуг, їх навіть ворогу не порекомендую!

Мені нещодавно провели інтернет у мій сільський будинок. Я не повністю задоволений, тому що пообіцяли підвищити швидкість більше ніж 10 Мбіт/с, але наразі маю 2.5 Мбіт/с і вже чекаю майже місяць і нічого не роблять. Мені вистачає його на ноутбук і смартфон. Головна проблема інтернету від "Укртелеком": невиконання обіцянок покращення інтернету.

Ні в якому разі, ні за яких обставин, не підключайтесь. Краще вже безпровідний інтернет, що я і зробив поки шукаю альтернативу, а тепер коротко чому про цей кал навіть не варто думати: швидкість після підключення нового тарифного плану була 10 Мбіт/с, що в принципі мене влаштовувало, але, через декілька тижнів, швидкість впала до 4-5 Мбіт/с і потрібно було перезавантажити модем, щоб попередні цифри повернулися. Але це було дієвим методом ще десь 2 тижні, після чого, швидкість впала, і нічого не допомагало. Звернувся до техпідтримки, хлопець сказав, що по їхніх даних, все чудово, лінія в нормі і швидкість теж, тож, ми вам допомогти не зможемо, потрібні майстри на місці. Прийшли майстри через 4 дні, щось там перевірили, швидкість повернулася, вони щасливо пішли, і через тиждень +-, повторення, швидкості немає і до того, появилася дика втрата пакетів, з 1000, 200-300 не проходило, сайти виснуть, дивитися щось неможливо, знову дзвінок в техпідтримку, знову в них там все нормально, знову потрібні майстри на місці і після цього, я написав заяву на відключення. Якщо вам в задоволення кожен місяць дзвонити в підтримку з такою самою проблемою, яку вони вирішити не можуть то підключайте.
