Швидкість не відповідає тарифному плану постійні, наголошую, постійні перерви в мовленні. Швидкість при потребі 10 Мбіт/с - 4.74-6.7 Мбіт/с. А оплату беруть за 10 Мбіт/с. Під час спілкування з операторами кидають слухавку або перемикають на іншого оператора до якого рекомендують перетелефонувати наступного разу. Шановні громадяни рекомендую не підключатись до укртелекому це шарлатани і брехуни яких потрібно притягнути до відповідальності за шахрайство у особливо великих розмірах.

Интернет отключается каждые 3-4 минуты. :) Звоню в техподдержку, уже который день говорят, что в ближайшие дни будут проверять линию (что бы вы понимали, говорили они это 4 дня назад). Линию так и не проверили. Ужасный провайдер, никому не рекомендую.

Я доволен. Скорость была плохая пока была плохая линия. Заменил кабель на линии появилась и скорость. Менял кабель за свой счет. Немного всего то сто метров. У меня тариф 5 Мбіт/с.

Користуватися інтернетом від Укртелеком НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!! Кожного дня одне і теж саме, скорость інтернета рівно 0!! І це при тому що оплачую я по квитанції 150 грн за 14 Мбіт/с. А обслуговування у них мягко кажучи неприємне. Такого неприязливого ставлення до клієнтів,як в Укртелекомі я ще не зустрічала.
