Врагу не порекомендую! До оператора не дозвониться, если дозвонился, не факт, что помогут. Шантажом выбивают оплату: начинают выключать инет на несколько часов, потом в браузере появляется от них письмо счастья "Оплатите ваш счет до 20 числа для БЕСПЕРЕБОЙНОЙ работы интернета", и это еще 11 числа (одиннадцатого, Карл!). Совсем оборзели при нулевом качестве услуг!

Самый тупой інтернет 311 грн за 10 Кбит/с. Ви долбанулись? Якщо не вмієте створити нормальний інтернет, то не треба, нє сунете нам своє гамно. Якщо вам пишуть відгуки по половині зірочки і поганим текстом. То прошу закрити свій Укр-телеком нафіг позорите країну своїм гамном!

Входящий 10 Мбіт/с, а исходящий 0,8 Мбіт/с. Хотя бы место 0,8 заделали 5 Мбіт/с, а то в игры вообще без глюков невозможно играть. Если в двух словах, то интернет полный отстой во всех смыслах, ещё и за телефон которым никто не пользуется деньги дерут и отказаться нельзя, потому что без телефона не будет интернета. При первой возможности сваливаю с этой шарашкиной конторы. Если у кого есть другие варианты, то лучше рассматривайте их и не связывайтесь с этим типо провайдером.

Это ужас, а не интернет! Целый месяц нет стабильной скорости интернета, от операторов Укртелекома слышу только что у них там авария и ремонтируется линия! Какая нахрен линия если у моего соседа нормальная скорость, а линия у нас одна? Тупо врут и все, зато если не заплатишь к 20 числу интернет приостановят. Вот только за что платить? Это однозначно хужая компания в Украине!

Користуюсь данним провайдером досить довго - одні відємні відгуки можу зоставити. Швидкість мала, постійні обриви, в сервісцентр не дозвонитися. користуюся тому що немає альтернативи.

У меня только один вопрос: КОГДА Я СМОГУ ПОСМОТРЕТЬ ФИЛЬМ БЕЗ ЕДИНОГО ЗАВИСАНИЯ? Фильм идёт 59 минут. А я уже смотрю более часа всего лишь 30 минут. Меня уже просто бомбит. Я ребёнку мультики не могу спокойно включить на 15 минут. Зачем вы так издеваетесь? Как только появится возможность, меняем провайдера. Сил уже нет...

Две недели был без нормального интернета, звонил каждый день, оформил жалобу, как-то спустя такой промежуток времени интернет поладили... После 10 дней пользования интернетом проблема опять повторяется. Если бы не карантин уже отключился от этого г... провайдера! Даже врагу не посоветую Укртелеком!
