вул. Хриплинська 39. Після 20 листопада швидкість інтернету впала до 0. До оператора додзвонитись - треба прослухати музику півгодини. Замовив виїзд спеціаліста, який просто передзвонив на мій номер і сказав - що "канали зв'язку" всі заняті великою кількістю клієнтів, зроби кращим інтернет вони не в силі. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ.

При заявленной скорости 100 Мбіт/с с отличным роутером, настоящая скорость 60 Мбіт/с. Подать заявку на подключение можно только придя лично в офис Vega, по телефону это сделать нереально. Имея все оборудование в наличии, ждать придется больше недели. Взяли деньги за настройку роутера, не настроили, деньги не вернули. Дату подключения выставили когда им захотелось, хотя фактическое было намного позже. То есть - шарашкина контора, разводилово полное.

Две недели нет скорости, не работает телефон. Оставил две заявки - реакция нулевая. Вечером разрывается соединение каждые 10 секунд по амплитуде. :( Сайт полумёртвый, получить пароль от личного кабинета нельзя. Жаль, был приемлемый провайдер ... интересно, что у них произошло?

Я уже писал, но видимо все до лампочки!? У меня пропал интернет на модеме и потерял связь. Я обратился в службу поддержки и через полчаса поднял трубку парень, я ему обьяснил проблему и он мне пообещал в течении 3 дней ваша заявка будет устранена. Прошла неделя. Я вызвал через интернет посторонего человека, который мне за деньги востановил работу модема. На следущий день мне звонит их инженер и интересуется нужен ли он еще или нет, естественно ответ был отрицательным! Компании желаю продалжения в том же "духе"! Тогда вы точно долго не протяните.

Всё было хорошо, скорость устраивала. 7 ноября 2016 года упала скорость, выше 0,8 Мбіт/с, не подымается до сих пор. В чём проблема? Кто знает?

Всё хорошо, пока всё хорошо работает. Как только происходит сбой - вешают лапшу про "ошибки на стороне клиента", а сами по факту втихаря пытаются решить проблему перезагрузкой портов на своих узлах. Если это не помогает, то "обращайтесь в центр обслуживания абонентов с письменной заявкой, больше ничем помочь не можем". И это после 25 минут ожидания ответа оператора.
