Интернет отсутствовал с 1.03.2016 до 21.05.2016. На протяжении всего этого времени получить какую-либо информацию было нереально, дозвониться — ОЧЕНЬ сложно. Всё общение с провайдером (только посредством колл-центра) — бессмысленно-никакой информацией не располагают, сроков не знают. Финансы ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО контролировать самому, иначе "сбои в системе", деньги куда-то уходят. О восстановлении подключения не сообщили (хотя обязывались). После восстановления скорость упала на порядок (в десять раз). И т.д. и т.п.

Уехал я значит 12 суток назад в командировку, сегодня приехал и решил проверить почту. После получасовой загрузки страницы с выбиванием 502 ошибки я решил поспрашивать у соседей, что было с инетом 3-4 дня назад. Оказывается его то не было, то был, но по таким показателям как сейчас у меня. ТП на протяжении 1,5 часов не отвечает. По поводу качества обслуживания судите сами.

Не стабильная скорость интернета (день лётный, день не лётный) не возможно предсказать какой будет связь в следующие пол часа. Мне не удобно это потому, что читаю онлайн лекции и иногда (например вчера) из-за плохой скорости была вынуждена перенести занятие. Пробовала связаться с консультантом компании и не смогла. Дважды (через каждые пол часа) звонок сбрасывался. Фразу "Залишайтесь на линии, ваше звернення..." считаю издевательством!

Скорость должна быть 24 Мбіт/с, а на самом деле в 1.5 раза меньше, единственное что порадовало приветственность со стороны кол центра.

Мені цікаво чи провайдер бачить відгуки про свої послуги, тут немає хороших відгуків загалом... А тепер у Веги нова послуга, "відключи інтернет вечором у п'ятницю та включи його у понеділок ранком", лохи заплатять. А при заявці на відрахування коштів за не надані послуги ми спишемо на масові поломки, які у нас оплачують клієнти. Також придумаємо спосіб, щоб клієнти нам не телефонували, переключимо їх на платний номер колл центру. Договір 1024813, скільки раз в цьому місяці було звернень про відсутність послуги? А про те, що оператори забувають повідомити, хоча так активно перепитують як вам зручніше, бла, бла, бла... Якщо ви не зробите висновків з цієї ситуації, ми їх самі зробимо. Не ті часи тепер, щоб я платила за те, чого немає, вибір є завжди. Конкуренти теж читають відгуки...

Це не провайдер, а лохотрон. Нараз інтернет є, а нараз немає. Дзвоню до них відповідь завжди одна: перезавантажіть обладнання, а результату ніякого. Приходять вихідні нема кому телефонувати 2 дня чекай до понеділка. ШОК просто.
