Це просто жах, навіть Воля не вибивала так часто як TerNet. На всі дзвінки відповідь одна і та ж: модернізація системи, а за останні 2 місяці вже разів 10 були вимушені перегружати роутер, попри інші відключення. Швидкість то нормальна - обрали найдорожчий пакет, розцінок якого навіть на сайті немає, а от вибиває двічі в тиждень. Сьогодні пік хамства - ми винні, бо не оплатили вчасно: в них 3 дні не працювала платіжна система, 3 дні ми намагалися проплатити і все одно винні, бо не спромоглися вчасно. Дуже не рекомендую.

Ви що там зовсім з дуба впали? За що я плачу гроші? Тарифний план 100 Мбіт/с, по факту ви самі бачите що твориться це результат через wifi 5 ГГц усі поділки, результат по кабелю закачка 0.86 Мбіт/с віддача 4.57 Мбіт/с, виправляйте! Зовсім уху їли? Телебачення нереально дивитись постійні глюки, я чекаю відповіді провайдера.

Плачу за 100 Мбіт/с, а по факту 25 Мбіт/с, це по вайфаю, по кабелю 40-50 Мбіт/с, як на мене це не справедливо, незнаю, якби було б хотя б 50 Мбіт/с по вайфаю, а по кабелю 80-90 Мбіт/с було б супер, тоді б порекомендував.

Дивлюсь на коментарі до Тернету і смішно і хочеться плакати. Тільки некомпетентні люди можуть писати про те, що все добре. Роботи непочатий край. Стабільності в швидкості нема, пакет 100 Мбіт/с видає 80 Мбіт/с і це максимум. Дзвонив писав їм на протязі певного часу, а зараз махнув рукою, потрібно розуміти коли щось, що було хорошим скотилось в порожнину. Це не антипіар, просто провайдер пінає геніталії, при чому досить давно.
