Не пойму, за что деньги плачу? :( Раньше не было проблем, теперь такое ощущение, что я на телефоне в интернет захожу... Не подключайтесь к этому провайдеру!!! Плачу за 2 Мбіт/с, а у меня и 1 Мбіт/с нету.

Плачу за одну скорость, получаю другую (меньше). Обращаешься с жалобой, а тебе один ответ: звоните в поддержку и т.д. Полное неуважение к потребителю... Очень жаль, что мы не можем подключиться к другому провайдеру, вот и мучаемся. :(

Скорость очень часто не соответствую той за которую платят. Был случай что 2 месяца по телефону ругался с техподдержкой. Что скорость в 4 раза меньше, той которой должна была быть. Таки не добился правды. Правда сплыла когда пригласили мастера. Тот сам проверил и оказалось что скорость была меньше, той которая оплачена. А деньги так и не вернули за разницу и даже не извинились.

Всё на отлично, скорость даже выше тарифного плана. Единственный минус нет защиты на кабеле от молний в не погоду сгорел ноут. :( Так, что нужно отключать вовремя грозы интернет кабель!!!

Иногда скорость падает до нуля. И никто не берет трубку из операторов. Это очень неудобно. Так же, это масштабный провайдер, и это обязательно следует наладить!
