Техподдержка не понимает вообще о чем речь когда им звонишь. Позвонил с конкретным вопросом - даже не удосужились оставить заявку или передать вопрос техническим специалистам. Основной ответ - у нас все хорошо, перезагрузите роутер.

В 99% случаев, при условии отсутствия проблем на магистральной сети (о которых знает техподдержка), перезагрузка клиентского оборудования решает проблему.

Обманывают, не дают полной скорости. Платишь за 100 Мбіт/с 130 грн, а получаешь 60 Мбіт/с. Провайдер плохой!
