Подключили на гигабит, максимум видел 600 Мбіт/с и то на упле. Чего-то там доказать, надо предоставить 100 скриншотов с проблемой и то обычно тебе доказывать начинают, что проблема на твоей стороне. Вечером в час пик сбои, просадки постоянно download ниже в раза три uploada. Не рекомендую если кроме укртелекома нет других провайдеров.

Рекомендую. Прочитал отзывы. Много негатива. Может где и есть проблемы. Городище - работает нормально. Согласно договору. Сервис работает тоже оперативно, было что электрики перебили кабель с инетом, буквально меньше чем за час уже были на месте и все исправили после электриков.

Пользуюсь услугой с сентября 2011 года, за последние несколько лет ухудшились и услуги и скорость, поддержка стала очень плохой, мне не раз не перезванивали при подаче заявке на сайте. Нет никаких скидок постоянным клиентам, бонусов, поздравлений с Днем рождения. Дозвонится на горячей линии не реально, только с утра можно связаться с онлайн поддержкой (ночью не пробовала), буду искать нового провайдера.

Заказал в понедельник тариф интернет+тв ,на следующий день пришел мастер и все подключил. На сегодня скорость 300 Мбіт/с, все летает и грузится + 74канала по тв и это все за 99 грн в месяц на полгода. Рекомендую провайдера.

Жахливий провайдер, при тарифі 50 Мбіт/с і 2 Мбіт/с не витягує, дістало вже дзвонити і скаржитися, закрийте свою контору і дайте можливість працювати нормальним провайдерам!

На 3 день после изменения частот дозвонилась - таки. Записали мастера еще через 2 дня, на 11 часов. В 10 мастер сообщил, что будет в 2 ч. В 13.55 с лаНЕТа сообщают, что будут после 16 часов. Перес..ли весь день!!!! А мы для них разве люди?
