После нового года скорость интернета прыгает с 10 до 0,3 Мбіт/с. Работать стало не возможно, и даже по скайпу "глухо", а служба техподдержки ищет причины в моём компе, пора искать другие фирмы.

Заявленная скорость в 20 Мбіт/с, реально получаю чуть выше 5 Мбіт/с. Провайдер испортился! Раньше работали отлично.

Самый худший из всех провайдеров. Такого даже Билайн не позволял себе творить. Техподдержка просто отсутствует, постоянные обрывы подключения.

Не рекомендую!!! Вони скидають швидкість з'єднання десь приблизно на 35%, а коли приходить настройщик доставляють — і в них все нормально.....але є ж скріншоти з перевірками!!!

В последний год стало лучше. Градации скорости инета + ТВ плохая и изменилась после подключения. В колл-центр дозвониться невозможно и все ужасно забюрократизировано.

Підтримка - повний відстій, гірше не буває. Іноді падає швидкость, зараз, наприклад, на аплоад - в десять разів менше від тарифної. Єдина перевага - що користуюсь давно, дроти заведені та не хочеться міняти нічого. Тому і терплю цей маразм.
