Повний негатив. Подав заявку на один тарифний план підключили інший, який не працює в моєму регіоні. Вартість за тарифний план зняли повну. Провини своєї не визнають, довести нічого не можливо, гроші не повертають, тарфний план не міняють. Нікому не рекомендую.

Так и не смог перейти на новый тарифный план. Сначала захотели 1 грн за смену тарифного плана, потом сняли плату за старый тарифный план, а потом написали, что не хватает денег для оплаты нового тарифного плана. Служба поддержки вернуть мне деньги и перекинуть их на новый тариф конечно же отказалась. До этого год не пользовался лайфом и уже не буду им пользоваться НИКОГДа. Чего и вам советую.

Это называется 4.5G. Карта покрытия на сайте не соответствует действительности от слова совсем. Единственный плюс - ценовая политика (дешевле чем у конкурентов).

Я бы такой, что бы везде-где можно, оставить отзыв об операторе "лайфсел". И к сожалению не хороший. До появления 4джи, 3джи сеть работала хорошо и даже Вау.. но. Потом пришел 4 Джи. Сам 4джи в 50% мест не ловит. А 3джи урезали до такой степени, что скорость не поднимается выше 1 Мбіт/с. А то и меньше. Очень ужасно стало. Покрытие ухудшается - цены растут.

Обнаглели до не возможности! Сколько раз звонил в колл центр, Говорят через 2 недели все норм будет уже полгода нихрена не делают!!! + в спидтесте хрень полная, написано 400-700 Кбит/с, а в настоящее время 35-50 Мбіт/с и это максимум. Короче ЗАЖРАЛИСЬ НИХУЯ НЕ ДЕЛАЮТ!!!

Продали номер, который был под кредитом. Теперь банк звонит три раза в неделю и спрашивает чужого человека. Уже около 6 месяцев. На то, что я говорю, что не знаю этого человека, не реагируют. Предыдущий номер поменяла так как звонили с секретного номера и молчали ночью. Поставила платный определитель номера - перестали звонить. :) Услуга закончилась, опять начали. Мутные ребята.

Останній раз при поповненні зняло більшу суму ніж по контракту і ще й на три дні менше ніж необхідно. Єдине, що інтернет швидкий, тільки із- за цього й терплю.
