Скорость в основном 2-3 Мбіт/с и скачет иногда, а должно бить 100 Мбіт/с. Этот провайдер дал 2 месяца нормальной скорости, а потом просто убрал, не рекомендую!

Користуюсь 3.5 років, останній рік часті проблеми з інтернетом, дозвониться у службу техпідтримки можна, та втратити треба годину, і то чи вдасться за годину... Появиться інший провайдер — обов'язково перейду туда, а пока безвихідь.

Трафік Інтернету не є стабільним, постійні падіння швидкості у вечірній час, часто немає іне-ту взагалі. Номер техпідтримки не відповідає. Після дзвінка туди без відповіді приходить смс "ваш дзвінок зареєстровано, вам передзвонять" і все. Звичайно, що ні хто не дзвонить. В Городку послугу надає їх дочка ІНТС. А не заплатив до 10 числа послугу зразу вимикають. Гроші беруть, а клієнта мають в ду... Користуються майже монопольним положенням, бо крім Укртелекому і них тут послуг ніхто не надає.

У меня сейчас 1 Мбіт/с. А должно быть 20 Мбіт/с. у них постоянные проблемы. Дозвонится очень сложно. За ожидание соединения с мобильного снимают деньги. :) В общем ужас, была б альтернатива давно поменял бы провайдера.
