Нестабильная скорость. И ОЧЕНЬ неудобная служба техподдержки. Телефон техподдержки только городской, а так как сбои случаются часто, то за месяц можно выговорить полсотни (в лучшем случае) гривен просто общаясь с техподдержкой.

В захист провайдера така ситуація сама була як в відгуці нижче плоха швидкість після приходу майстра виявилось що проблеми в моєму старому роутері, бо при підключенні напряму кабелем до ноута швидкість показує 35,5 Мбіт/с на 34,9 Мбіт/с яка заявлена в договорі швидкість, роутер поміняв і усе запрацювало на ура.

Оечень плохой провайдер скорость скачет . Часто отключают. Вот сейчас скорость у меня 0.40 Мбіт/с на 6.00 Мбіт/с. По тарифу у меня 35 на 35 Мбіт/с, хотя обычно где то 25 на 35 Мбіт/с.
