Це просто триндець якийсь! Швидкість приводного інтернету менша аніж мобільна, я просто в шоці! Якість обслуговування на нулю! Четвертий день така фігня і всім все пофіг.

Интернет провайдер злоупотребляет монопольным положение на рынке скоростного Интернета и соответственно ведет себя как монополист. Договор не подписан провайдером. Тарифы не наданы в приложение к договору. Отключение от сети по настроению провайдера. Изменение тарифов по настроению провайдера. Услуги прекращаются в выходные и праздничные дни. Сам не рад и другим не рекомендую. Очень дорогие услуги на уровне 3G мобильного интернета.

Додзвонитися фактично неможливо. Отримати допомогу теж. Не працює IP-TV Payer — намагався оператор усунути неполадки по телефону, потім сказав що передзвонить, потім зробили заявку (22.11.2013 р.) безпосередньо на фірму. Мали прийти додому — ні слуху, ні духу.
