Гроші беруть, а сервіс ніякий. Зажерлись, думають, що немає на них управи. Невідповідність швидкості списують на буцімто неякісне обладнання клієнта, але після чергового дзвінка зі скандалом швидкість в нормі на протязі доби, а потім знову зменшується.
