Как интернет провайдер Киевстар — полная дрянь! Скорость интернета никогда не соответствует заявленной. Всегда занижена как минимум в 2 раза Если у Вас пакет 100 Мбіт/с, то получите в лучшем случае 50 Мбіт/с.

Просто издеваются постоянно нет нормальной скорости. Из той что соответствует тарифному плану получаю половину, при соединении с оператором отправляют мастера, который приходит дня через три и в такое время, когда все нормально и выглядишь идиоткой, как-бы здесь все хорошо, зачем вызывали...

Из 60 Мбіт/с через Wi-Fi получаю от силы 25-28 Мбіт/с. Случается, что сигнал "дёргается". При звонке оператору тот оформляет заявку на приход мастера, который приходит только на следующий день, когда всё в порядке. Почему не позвать для беседы техника!?

Провайде АО "Киевстар" надає послуги дуже неякісно. Звертався неодноразово в службу підтримки клієнтів. Поговорили, зробили заявку і знову теж саме. Результат практично не міняється. За можливості змінив би не просто інтернет провайдера, а й сотового оператора "Київстар". Кошти справно знімають, а сервіс не поліпшується взагалі. Чому я маю платити за те, чого немає в принципі. Чому розділяєте сільських користувачів з міськими? Я розумію, що економічно доцільніше в містах впроваджувати нові технології. Тоді виникає питання, чому я, контрактний абонент уже десять років, маю платити ті ж кошти за користування "зв'язком", що і міські мешканці. Це при тому, що якість послуг, які надаються в рази різняться по якості, а платим однаково...

А должно быть 30 Мбіт/с, а выдаёт 12 Мбіт/с. Тарифы космос. Качество связи ухудшилось, за небольшие города забывают.
