Ужасно. Ужасно работает, скорость отдачи меньше чем 1 Мбіт/с. Техподдержка ужасная, просто одни хамы которые ничего не знают, причины мастера не устраняют только сжимают плечами когда приходят. Скорость загрузки вместо заявленных 50 Мбіт/с после 22:00 максимум 3 Мбіт/с. Никому не советую такого горя. А цены за такие услуги очень огромные, слишком уж. Простите за грубость но киевстар фигня.

В целом и частности провайдером доволен. Есть нарекания по поводу сроков устранения неисправностей, но это зависеть от субподрядчика района города. Работал в одной из таких фирм по подключению и ремонтам, поэтому знаю о чем говорю. :)

Пользуюсь Киевстаром уже 3 года, никаких проблем не было. По стандарту стоит 20 Мбіт/с, а выдает 21.5 Мбіт/с! Сейчас вот перешёл на скорость 50 Мбіт/с, посмотрим что будет дальше...

Основной плюс — стабильность соединения. За пол года интернет пропадал ровно 2 раза и то ненадолго. В тарифном плане 50 Мбіт/с реальная скорость 35-40 Мбіт/с, что очень не плохо в сравнении с другими провайдерами. Но брать 100 Мбіт/с нет смысла, ибо реальная скорость будет все те же 35-40 Мбіт/с.
