Киевстар стал улучшаться на глазах. Если убрать падения билинга в первых числах каждого месяца, то в целом меня все устраивает. Я ушел с плана 100 Мбіт/с/c на 50 Мбіт/с и тесты показывают именно эту скорость. Пинг маленький, что удобно для онлайн-игр. В принципе, этой скорости с головой хватает на любые нужды, включая торрент-закачки. Поэтому надеюсь, что Киевстар сделал выводы из массы негатива на форумах о своей услуге интернета. Рекомендую этого провайдера.

Один сервер постоянно не работает, цифровое телевиление невозможно смотреть, постоянно зависает из за плохой скорости. Каждые 2-3 месяца звоню в техподдержку с жалобами на плохую скорость, в итоге выясняется, что у них всё нормально, поломок нет, но и скорость стабилизируется и так не первый год. Скорость должна быть 50 Мбіт/с, вот как-то так.

Фигня редкая!!! при такой скорости и пинге 60 играть невозможно, что у них за оборудование? У инертелекома при скорости 0,5 Мбіт/с и пинге 140 мс игра идет стабильнее, не ожидал.

Пользуюсь интернетом Киевстар с июня 2012 года. Качество интернета нормальное, но обещанной скорости не получаю (Киев, Теремки). При переезде хотела также подключиться к Киевстару, однако столкнулась с проблемой подключения по новому адресу. Позвонила 06.12, договорились на пятницу на 12-00. Потом пришло уведомление о переносе времени на 12:25. Мастер, который должен был приехать на Позняки для подключения интернета по новому адресу не приехал, не уведомил, прождала 3 часа, но больше не могла, т.к. нужно было на работу. Звонила в колл-центр несколько раз, обещали провести воспитательную работу с субподрядчиком, сказали оформлять заявку по новой. Жду с 16-30 пятницы - до сих пор звонка нет. Сейчас не знаю, то ли обращаться к другому провайдеру, то ли ждать Киевстар. Ранее подключение услуги проводилось быстро. Нравилось обслуживание, так как обрывы инета были не частыми, а сейчас вот возникли сомнения.

Скорость интернет соединения не соответствует той, которая оговорена в договоре. До оператора невозможно дозвониться. КиевСтар обнаглел по полной. Клиентов нахватались, а услугу свою не оказывают, только и давай им абонплату. По несколко раз в конце месяца присылают СМС что бы не забыли пополнить баланс. Лучше бы оказывали свои заявленные мегабиты.

Была скорость 45 Мбіт/с/c, перешел на тариф 100 Мбіт/с/c - скорость упала до 20-30 Мбіт/с/c. Зачем платить больше, а получать меньше? Классная акция...
