Ха-ха!!!! 3G от киевстара!!! Ура ребята!! Скоро все кто спрыгнул с интертелекома, будут тут. Безлим на скорости 0,33 Мбіт/с - это круто.

Как я прогнозировал так и вышло!!! 3G сдохло вслед за интертелекомом после введения безлимита. Пинг 80-200 мс, скорость скачет как блоха на собаке. Вот я только не пойму, почему у интертелекома при скорости 0,5 Мбіт/с и пинге 120-140 мс играть можно, а у киевстара при 5-8 Мбіт/с и пинге 60-80 мс, просто невозможно. Выходит железо кс хуже чем у донного интер ....кома. Жлобы и там и там.

Ни один провайдер не позволяет себе такого хамского отношения к клиентам как киевстар!!! Заблокировали после нелицеприятного для них разговора связь с службой поддержки. 3 недели не берут трубку, и что делать инвалиду в селе, как решить возникшую проблему? Просто подонки, других слов не подобрать. 18 лет пользовался услугами этой компании и как только появится альтернатива, уйду не задумываясь. А скорость на тесте ни о чем не говорит, обрывы и зависания после введения безлима просто доводят до бешенства. Скоро все с интертелекомовских отзывов перекочуют сюда.

Ужас. Скорость падает местами до нуля, довольно часто. Бороться с ними бесполезно, говорят это Ваш компьютер, отвечаю, приходите со своим. Хорошо. Приходят, а можно воспользоваться Вашим, так он же не правильно меряет, и понеслось, наша песня хорошо, а виноват клиент.

Подключен Тариф 50 Мбіт/с, по факту 10-15 (хватало и молчал), а сегодня наверное акция и не превышает 0.5 Мбіт/с и пинг 3000 мс! А в техподдержке заявили что мне надо в ручною выставить на стройки, мол их сбил, а у них все ок работает!

22.10.2017 по всему городу не работала мобильна связь и интернет, а 23.10.2017 когда появился интернет скорость была очень мала, при обращении в техподдержку мне заявили что это у меня проблемы, (установил антивирус, не совместимую программу, сбил настройки, сломался роутер, повредил кабель) и когда будет возможность со мной свяжется специалист. На мои вопросы или замечания не реагировали!

Подключили через неделю после заявки, хотя само подключение длилось 5 мин, можно было б и самому это сделать, но они не захотели так.... Теперь вот интернет есть, а скорости совсем нет, хотя иногда бывает близко к заявленной, но очень редко... Перейду к другому провайдеру.
