Пользуюсь "Фрегат" давно. Ненадежный он товарисч, ненадежный. За такие деньги скорость должна быть согласно договора, а не 20 Мбіт/с.

Плохой провайдер..... При оплате скорости в 90 Мбіт/с получаешь 40 Мбіт/с, при неполадках и отсутствии инета 3-5 дней для них норм и при просрочке платежа на 1 день отключают....

Странный отзыв абонента Дмитрий (Днепр) при максимальной скорости 100 Мбіт/с у него 600 Мбіт/с и все хорошо, похоже это отзыв работника Фрегата. У меня безлимитка (без ограничения скорости) по услуге "Ультра" и то 100 Мбіт/с нет.

После подключения на акционный тарифный план мастер сказал что у меня проблема с компьютером и что виндовс 10 плохо дружит с их интернетом, предложил за 150 гривен устранить проблему в компьютере. Я естественно отказался и так 2 месяца мог заходить только на некоторые сайты с онлайн кино. Сегодня пришел друг и начал разбираться. Интернет от другого провайдера работал отлично и выяснилось (после звонка в коллцентр) что не был включен тарифный план и интернет вообще не должен был работать. Оператор в течении суток включил пакет и все заработало. Таким образом они зарабатывают на клиентах а еще недожимают штекер и интернет прерывается, потом за 50 гривен дожимают. Кабель интернета протягивают с крыши по над окнами и он периодически рвется и заливается водой во время дождя грозя спалить сетевую карту.

Не знаю как у остальных меня провайдер устраивает полностью, скорость заявленная в договоре совпадает. Инет работает отлично без глюков, он-лайн фильмы, игры идут чётко без зависаний. Минус высокая цена за инет, но для частного сектора альтернативы нет. Так что я доволен полностью.

Скорость 10 Мбіт/с, при заявленных 100 Мбіт/с. После связи с техподдержкой скорость подымается до 40 Мбіт/с. Складывается впечатление, что скорость понижают специально, и поднимают только после "пинка"!

Скорость ужасная, на выходные вообще по полдня интернета нет - и оплата при этом не изменяется (пересматривают оплату только если сутки не было интернета, а если интернет был всего два часа за сутки за сутки - это нормально и услуга считается предоставленной. :) В техподержу дозвонится не реально и очень часто звонки тупо сбрасываются, о устранении неполадок вообще лучше молчать. Так что этого провайдера не советую даже врагам - издевательство и наплевательское отношение за мои же деньги.

Подключен уже почти год. За это время не было ни одного месяца, чтобы не пропал инет. В последнее время каждую неделю пропадает, причем на разное время, от часа до полутора суток. И еще у тех поддержки всегда один и тот же ответ - "По вашему адресу присутствует глобальная проблема...".

Вечный проблемы! Пару раз было когда неделю работал без перебоев, а так проблема на проблеме. А служба поддержки порой сама нечего не знает.
