- Right of access: You have the right to access the personal data we collect and process about you. Most of this data can be viewed in your account dashboard.
- Right to Correction: If you would like to correct or review any data we hold, you can do so by logging into your account and the information it contains.
- The right to be forgotten: You have the right to request permanent deletion of your data.
- Right to restriction of processing: If you believe that your personal data is inaccurate or has been collected illegally, you can request limited use of your personal data.
- Portability: We provide you with the ability to transfer any of your account information to a third party at any time.
- Right to object: If you decide you no longer want your data to be included in our analytics or for us to provide personalized (targeted) marketing content at any time, you can contact us, to request deletion of this data.
When your 2IP account is canceled (voluntarily or involuntarily), all of your personal information is placed in a "deactivated" status in our respective databases. However, you should be aware that deactivating your account does not mean that your personal information has been completely removed from our database. We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to resolve disputes and/or as required by law or regulation. As such, it cannot be immediately deleted upon request and is an approved exception to GDPR erasure rights. By creating an account with us, you acknowledge and agree to these retention terms.
