When your 2IP account is canceled (voluntarily or involuntarily), all of your personal information is placed in a "deactivated" status in our respective databases. However, you should be aware that deactivating your account does not mean that your personal information has been completely removed from our database. We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to resolve disputes and/or as required by law or regulation. As such, it cannot be immediately deleted upon request and is an approved exception to GDPR erasure rights. By creating an account with us, you acknowledge and agree to these retention terms.
